Performance Test Consultant
Responsibilities
• Define the Non-Functional Test Strategy
• Setup and configure the Performance testing tools
• Create the Performance Test Automation Strategy
• Monitor and track the automation for effectiveness
• Collaborate with relevant team members (BA’s, Dev and QA) to understand project scope and performance testing deliverables
• Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience
Qualifications & Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• 10 + years of experience in testing, minimum 4+ years as a Performance test lead/Tester
• At least 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• Hands on experience with manual and automated Performance testing
• Hands on experience on installation, setup and configuration of HP Performance Center
• Hands on experience on HP Loadrunner
• Hands on experience on Load test framework setup
• Hands on experience on environment setup and configuration for performance testing
• Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change
