Lead Generation / Business Development
Job Description
TCG is currently seeking qualified candidates for IT Business Development. The candidate in this role will work closely with existing clients as well as develop new client relationships by pursing new business opportunities both regionally and nationally.
Duties:
Generate business leads for IT service/Software development opportunities and help convert to revenue streams for TCG
Technically Savvy to understand the market opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate the market and to capitalize on the opportunities
Processes knowledge of multiple business domains that will help understand the client requirements and present the best IT service offered by TCG
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track, monitor and report sales activities using our internal software
Required:
3+ years of overall experience in sales
Must have held a prior job or should have 1.5 years of minimum experience in Business Development for IT Services and Software development
Technology based recruiting experience a huge plus
Must have a demonstrated track record of success in sales.
Self-driven, being able to operate independently operate
Must have a very positive attitude, confident in pursuing opportunities and delviering positive results.
Must maintain full confidentiality.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player and always act in the best interest of the team and TCG
